Beginning January 2024 there will be a few changes to our self-pay services; this includes modalities such as dry needling, laser, shockwave, massage, AIS, and ART. Please review the following changes, if there are any questions or concerns our front office staff is happy to help!

We are also introducing a modality package, which will apply to any service deemed necessary or desired by the patient/provider. We believe this will enable the best care possible for our patients.

Any packages purchased for chiropractic care, physical therapy, or modalities in the month of December will be honored in the year.

• For Established Patients Only, Follow-up Visit
• Includes all Modalities (ART, Dry Needling, Shockwave, Laser, Massage, and Cupping)

Modality Package $320

• 8 Sessions of Any Modality
  • Dry Needling, Laser, Shockwave, Massage, Cupping, ART, and AIS
  • Some Modalities are timed, and some are per region. Multiple regions or extended time will be considered as another session.
• Can be interchanged throughout the package's lifetime
