What Benefits Does the VA Community Care Insurance Offer at Your Facility?

With a direct referral from your Doctor at a VA Facility, you can get approved for Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Care.

How Does That Work?

The process requires some patience. Your first step is to set up an appointment with your Doctor at a VA Facility. You can request to be seen at our facility for either Chiropractic or Physical Therapy. 

The next step is the waiting period. This process can be anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks. Once the referral has made it to our facility in Knoxville Spine & Sports, we will call you to schedule your first appointment.

How Much Does It Cost?

There is no patient cost for covered services! Aside from optional modalities, all therapies and adjustments are covered by the VA Community Care Insurance 100%.

Are There Limitations?

The VA insurance usually gives out 15 visits and a designated date period per request. Towards the end of your approval date or visit limit, we will send out a request to extend your visits if necessary. This is usually a 2–3-week turnaround.
